       JL-780系列自動(dòng)折邊壓泡機(jī)是我公司新研發(fā)的一款禮盒加工設(shè)備，在禮盒壓泡機(jī)基礎(chǔ)上，將折邊與壓泡完美的合二為一，采用PLC程序控制，觸摸屏可視化參數(shù)調(diào)節(jié)，自動(dòng)定位，折邊，壓泡，觸摸屏界面，調(diào)節(jié)簡單方便，大大提高工作效率，可省3-4人工，帶自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)，擁有急停及啟動(dòng)按鍵，作業(yè)更安全。該機(jī)用途廣泛，是禮盒印刷包裝廠家最佳選擇。

       This machine is a new developed device of processing gift box, which combines the air bubble removing together with folding on the basis of gift box bubble removing machine. It uses programmable control PLC and visual parameter adjusting touch screen .It can position, fold, and remove bubble automatically and it’s easy to adjust. This machine can improve the work efficiency with auto counting and save 3-4 labor. Start button and scram button make the work safer. The use of the machine is widespread and it’s the best choice for gift box printing and packaging.

1、擁有雙程序：率先采用雙程序，擁有折邊壓泡與單壓泡雙模式，一鍵切換，實(shí)現(xiàn)禮盒壓泡機(jī)到自動(dòng)折邊壓泡機(jī)的切換，省時(shí)高效，功能更多，能充分發(fā)揮該機(jī)性能，更經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)惠。

2、擁有調(diào)機(jī)模式：可控制單個(gè)氣缸動(dòng)作，方便裝模，調(diào)模。

      3、可視化調(diào)節(jié)：增加觸摸屏，調(diào)節(jié)時(shí)間手工輸入即可，時(shí)間精確到0.1s，增加多組時(shí)間段，各時(shí)間段均可調(diào)節(jié)，更方便、更直觀、更快捷；

     1. Dual procedure: It has dual mode of folding –removing bubble and independent removing bubble, One keyboard toggle. Time saving, efficiency improving, more functions and cheap real benefit make the most advantage of this machine.
     2. Adjustable mode: Single cylinder can be controlled. Loading and adjusting mode is convenient.
     3. Visual adjusting: Touch screen is used. Settling time can be inputted by hand. The time can accurate to 0.1s.Multigroup period of time can adjust. More convenient, more intuitive and quicker.
     4. Pressing five surface: All the five surface is pressed and removing the bubble perfectly. The box produced is square, nice, straight and full. No scratch, no bubble and no folds on the surface.
